Competition

Clifton Tennis Club is primarily a competition club and currently fields teams in the following regional competitions:

  • The Heidelberg & Districts Tennis Association (see website HDTA)
  • The North Eastern Night Tennis Group (see website NENTG)
  • The North Eastern Junior Tennis Association (NEJTA)
  • Pennant (see Tennis Victoria)

NEJTA Saturday juniors Autumn/Spring 8.00/8.45am
Pennant SAT/SUN Summer/Winter 12.00 – 6.00pm
  • Each season runs for 14 weeks.
  • Women’s day and junior teams do not play during school holidays.
  • Summer teams have a break from mid-Dec. to end of January.

The club is keen to expand the number of competition teams.

We only know you want to play competition if you tell us, by contacting one of the team managers, or for help in working out the best team, contact Lisa Liston (0407 094 426, .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) We need new players in all sections, to start as fill-ins, and then join a team for the next season. The best way to start is to come to the Sunday social time 3-5pm every Sunday.
